Warranty & Technical Support
Defined warranty coverage, diagnostics and technical assistance.
Supported Throughout Its Lifecycle.
AI infrastructure should be designed not only for rapid deployment, but also for long-term reliability, maintainability and technological evolution.
S1 approaches lifecycle support as an integral part of infrastructure planning — from system configuration and commissioning to maintenance, security updates, modernization and future expansion.
Our project-specific lifecycle service framework may include:
Defined warranty coverage, diagnostics and technical assistance.
Planned inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
Validated software and security updates with controlled change management.
System health, operating conditions and performance monitoring.
Upgrade planning, compatibility assessments and infrastructure modernization.
Configurable long-term maintenance and service-level options.
Warranty coverage, diagnostics and technical assistance are defined for the selected equipment and configuration. Technical support interfaces, exclusions and third-party warranty responsibilities are aligned in the project agreement.
Planned inspections, preventive maintenance programs and system health reviews can be configured around operating conditions, equipment requirements and customer maintenance responsibilities.
Validated software and security updates follow controlled change management. Compatibility review, authorization, testing and a recovery approach are considered before security-critical changes.
Explore Security & GovernanceSystem health, operating conditions and performance monitoring can inform maintenance planning. Telemetry access, connectivity, data handling and responsibility for responding to alerts are defined per project.
Planning considers equipment condition, manufacturer support windows, software dependencies and third-party licensing. Discontinued hardware may require migration or replacement planning; indefinite support is not assumed.
Upgrade planning, compatibility assessments and infrastructure modernization are evaluated alongside compute, network, power and cooling interfaces. New GPU generations or software releases require configuration-specific review.
Extended support periods and maintenance scope can be evaluated around the practical lifecycle of the infrastructure. Renewal terms, included work, spare parts and replacement responsibilities are specified by agreement.
Service levels depend on location, access, selected technologies, local support resources and operational requirements. Coverage hours, response targets, escalation paths and recovery responsibilities require an applicable service-level agreement; global round-the-clock response is not assumed.
Transparent service commitments. Infrastructure designed for continued evolution.
S1 considers support throughout the practical lifecycle of the infrastructure. Warranty terms, service levels and upgrade paths are configurable and may differ between RC products and projects.
Warranty coverage, maintenance periods, service availability, response times, third-party licensing and upgrade scope are defined in the applicable project and service agreements.
Maintenance, hardware replacement, software licensing and upgrades are subject to agreed scope and commercial terms.

S1 will help structure the requirement before configuring the infrastructure.
Rapid Compute focuses on deployable AI infrastructure.
Projects requiring full digital project modeling, industrial simulation, energy architecture or multi-domain infrastructure integration can continue through S1 SYSTEM.
